The Import Service is the same as the Door to Door Export Service but handled by Ward Van Lines from any other country of the world with final destination Chile as well as the insurance coverage.
This gives the advantage that since your service will be handled by us, you will rest assure that Ward will take care of everything.

At the same time, being the insurance controlled from Chile, it will allow to be more expedite at the time of claiming any damage, avoiding you to be in touch with Companies abroad.

The process is simple, once you get in touch with us from abroad, we will arrange a visit of our origin agent in your residence, who will inform us the volume/weight that you are planning to bring in order to process the quotation.

Once the quotation is approved, our agent is notified and from then all communication will be through us, thus avoiding any misunderstanding, language problems, etc.
