For this service an estimated of the volume and weight at the residence is absolutely necessary to determine the specific conditions of the moving and to be able to make the corresponding quotation.

Our sales assistants will coordinate a visit at your residence immediately after receiving your telephone call, e-mail or fax.

Once the quotation has been accepted, the Client will choose the ideal dates for the moving, considering the time of packing, moving and needed conditioning at the final residence.

The service comprises packing of all the kitchen devices, fragile, ornaments, clothes in boxes or wardrobes, toys, electrical devices, pictures, delicate furniture, etc. The rest of the household goods will be duly protected with blankets and adequate equipment for its safe handling.

Household goods move is executed in Ward Van Lines trucks with numbered seals for security, in each of them.

Once the move has been made, our staff will be In charge of unloading the above mentioned and conditioning them in their respective places, they will leave clean of waste material.

The service is permanently supervised.

The client has the option to take an insurance which will cover total damages of the goods to be moved.
