This service comprises the packing at the residence of all the household goods to be stored. Ward Van Lines will not accept the boxes that have not been packed by its own staff, due to the insurance conditions. The same will have to be re-packed, with the client’s authorization.

Ward Van Lines warehouses have been specially designed to store household goods for long periods. They are dry and clean ,fulfilling with the quality standards of FIDI, International Federation, that gathers the best moving companies of the world.

Household goods are kept stored in totally sealed cases of 10 cbm of capacity and 8 security seals each one, which go automatically to our computing system. Ward Van Lines will stored the goods in the amount of wooden boxes that every client really needs for its own and only use, having access with the pre-notice of at least 5 working days.

Ward Van Lines security system comprises camera circuit in the entire perimeter and inside every warehouse, and guard company 24 hours a day. This allows to have more confidence in the whole storage process.

Insurance is mandatory and covers partial or total damages.
