Ten new graduates from The School of Packaging.

Ward Van Lines is proud to be the only company in Latin America to have its own Training Center of Packagers. At this center, in a three-month period, our employees gain the necessary knowledge and practice in order to go onsite and professionally and responsibly meet our client's requirements.

The packager must be a kind person, aware of our client's needs, but above all, he must be fully trained in the moving process from a household.

Upon the arrival of our employees, we train them in our processes, avoiding bringing in new people that are familiarized with other less monitored procedures which could eventually jeopardize our fulfillment of the service. Other companies do not take the time or have the infrastructure necessary to develop these Schools and benefit from their results.

Moving is very complicated, particularly for the person that has to move. For this reason, it is essential that the packager is proficient in handling the client's belongings in such a way as to release the person from any stress, assuring them that their belongings are in the best hands.

Ward Van Lines' packaging teams arrive to our clients' houses under the command of a Moving Chief with years of experience in moving services. They know perfectly how to deal with the person in charge of the move, and are extremely careful with the client's belongings, aiming to make the whole process as quick, organized, and efficient as possible.
