Ward Van Lines, as a leader company in the market, has taken all precautions to go beyond any expectations. In regards to the communication technology (GPS), all the truck fleet counts with a GPS system which allows us to know exactly and during 24 hours the location of all our fleet within the Chilean territory.

The packers have mobiles with Push to Talk system (PTT) which allows us to replace the old walkie talkie system. This new system includes in one device both technologies, mobile phone and walkie talkie, which has coverage in the Chilean territory and various countries.

Besides we are implementing very soon a Tracking system, which allows our clients to follow their complete moving process. The move coordinator will update permanently in intranet the status of the move, so that the client can know, using a password provided by us, where are his goods (at port, on the truck, in route to destination, etc)

By the end of this year, we are also implementing a software system designed especially for the moving industry. This system will allow us to join several stages that were formerly used with different systems in just one, which will save time and will maximize the organization of every service.

With the use of these new technologies, Ward Van Lines shows that goes well ahead in Chile and in this way, also proving that by providing the best service to our clients always require a constant investment.
